POWER OF THE TEAM
WHEN I FIRST OPENED MY AGENCY IN 2004, I BASED my theory of being an agent as representing the very best ‘individuals’, photographers and artists that are top profes-sionals, who can shoot, style and create any art form that was put to them.
I then set out to fill my agency with these artists of the high-est caliber. After my 2nd year in business I started producing the shoots for the agency photographers, using my 33 years of
production knowledge to see a job from inception to delivery. It was then I began to see a pattern emerge, of really just how powerful the TEAM was to ‘deliver’.
A TEAM to me is a group of top industry professionals that can carry the weight of their individual professions, collaborating successfully with other artists to bring together cohesion, for any type of production they work on.
The photographers and artists at THEY teamed up to create this magazine - all of the editorial images and almost every ad campaign throughout this magazine, were con-ceived, produced, styled, made up, photographed and retouched, by the photographers and artists represented by THEY.
