PSTD National Convention sparks conversation about the evolving role of learning and development to support the changing landscape and prepare talents now and in the future. MANAGING THE L&D FUNCTION

This course will provide participants the skills to develop and implement learning strategies that will encourage the creation of a “learning organization” as well as learning and development systems and programs that will create and ensure impact for the organization.

In addition to the different aspects of organizing and managing learning, the program will also emphasize the use of collaborative technologies and approaches to support interactive learning, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation based on sound principles of knowledge management.

This course aims to equip learning professionals with specific skills, tips and techniques in selecting, planning and successfully facilitating a wide range of learning methods apart from the traditional lecture method.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively choose, prepare and facilitate the implementation of the different learning methods which will also be featured and demonstrated during the program.
