    Kavitha is a Senior Consultant and FounderMember at THE YELLOW SPOT. With more than a decade ofexperience in training and training related activities, she is a veteran in the industry today. Kavitha

    specializes in training and supporting organizations and its individuals in their efforts to achieve theirobjectives.

    Kavitha, holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and a Diploma in Training and Development. Prior to THE

    YELLOW SPOT, she has handled diverse portfolios like BusinessDevelopment, Client Relations, HR and

    Staffing Solutions, TechnicalTraining and Training Management. This big base of expertise allows her to link

    theory with hands-on experience.

    Kavithas approach involves working closely with an organization to understand its specific training needs to

    provide winning training solutions. Her passion for facilitation and knowledge transfer has built lastingrelationships. Her style is simple and highly personalised.The training techniques used are aimed to bring
