2020 Education Scholarship Applications and the criteria requirements for the scholarship applicants for each of the Sam and Sandra Wornom Endowment Trust Scholarship Fund, the Catherine Matthews Music Scholarship Fund, and the Tolliver Scholarship Fund are available to pick up at the church office between 9 AM - 5 PM. Please fill out the sign out sheet when picking up each application. All scholarship applications and criteria requirements must be completed in full with all signatures required and submitted to the church office by the deadline date of Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 4 PM. No applications will be accepted after this deadline date.
2019 Contribution Statements – If you have not received your 2019 Contribution statement or have questions, please contact Marva Lee Roush in the church office Monday-Thursday between 9 AM and 4 PM.
Church Security System – The programming for our Church security system has recently been updated. When entering our Church facilities, if you find that your personal access code does not work, don’t panic. Just contact Richard Sistrunk immediately at 919-895-0450. Richard will then contact our local law enforcement informing them that we are not experiencing a security breech. Thank you for your patience as we work through this update process. The Food Roundup Drive for the Baptist Children’s Homes is Rescheduled for Later This Year. Because they depend on the food drive every year, their budget is not prepared to purchase the food that will be needed to feed the children and special needs adults throughout the next few months. Help is desperately needed! How can we help to ensure their food and funding does not run out: We can pray Give by check or online – Mail a check to Baptist Children’s Homes PO Box 338, Thomasville, NC 27361 or give online at www.bchfamily.org/givenow Send gift cards – like Wal-Mart and/or Food Lion Yes, We Still Have JHBC Cookbooks – The cookbooks are $20 each and are available in the Church office.
Building and Grounds Request - When you leave the church, please turn off all hallway lights. Also, be sure that all fire doors are closed at all times.
Email Addresses – Please check the new church directory and make sure that your email address is correct. If your email is incorrect, please contact the church office as soon as possible so we can correct it.

All Year Collection of Hotel Toiletries – When you travel and stay in hotels, please make sure you grab all those little bars of soap, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, whatever you do not use each day and bring them to church. There will be a red box at the Collection Center for your hotel toiletry donations.

We receive members 1) upon profession of faith in Christ followed by believer’s baptism; 2) by transfer of membership from another Baptist church; or 3) by statement of previous Christian experience.
