Anyone for

Cricket?

Would anyone have a spare set of cricket pads / stumps / balls / bats that they no longer use? Each year on New Years’ Day there is always played a match versus the good people of Bungonia. Now that the cricket season is over and/or you may have retired from the game; we were wondering whether anyone has any of the abovementioned they no longer need & wish to donate to the good people of Windellama. Various sizes are needed as the Windellama Team consists of various ages, from 8 to 88. These would be for all in the community & stored at the Hall & be used by the community.

Contact Frances or Cathy to donate.

Congratulations

To Johnno & Sandy Marshall on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary.

P&C Welcomes New Executive Following the AGM in early March, the new P&C executive is:

President: Fran Satchell Vice President: Terry Hannan Secretary: Heather Caulfield Treasurer: David Edworthy Many thanks to our outgoing President, Kelly George, for all her efforts over the past two years.

In other news the P&C has started to canvas local businesses for donations for the annual Auction and Fireworks night. As always, we welcome the assistance of any parents willing to offer a few hours to help us on the phones, prepare supporting paperwork, or who may be willing to pick up items from town.

Our fundraising target for the year is to provide some new outdoor facilities for the school including a performance stage and seating. Let’s see if we can get this done in time for the end of year concert!

The next P&C meeting will be held at the school on Monday 7 April at 6.30pm.
