The success of Scouting in the Lincoln Heritage Council has for over 100 years depended entirely on the quality and

strength of the volunteers that deliver meaningful weekly programs to its 26,000 Scouts. The ability of volunteers to deliver

that weekly program is strengthened by the quality of their training.

The University of Scouting is a one-day training event that offers a wide spectrum of workshops that will strengthen each

volunteer’s ability to deliver better Scouting for our youth. Courses are designed for volunteers involved in the Cub Scout,

Boy Scout, Venturing, Commissioner, and District Committee.
