COMES NOW, at least two affirmed American Nationals to petition the United States, in
Congress assembled to re-claim the following abandoned townships in the following States for
the purpose of re-development and re-population.

One of the affirmed American Nationals
Enactment Clause: the petition is in the nature of signing out the following abandoned townships
to establish a permanent population in the new re-discovered sphere of the reign of the heavens
and the re-formed “The United States of America Confederacy of 1781” brought forward to the
present time. The petition is made in the spirit of the right of self determination, job creation, and
freedom of choice for the people that are not a party to the Bar Treaty of 1947.
