BadgeMaker 4400Intermediate Level software - 10,000 record capacity BM 4400 is the perfect solution for the low to mid volume user. Each database can hold up to 10,000 records and the software is capable of single or double sided printing. You can add either a photograph or signature to each record. BM 4400 software enables card design, data management and card personalisation on demand. You control the complete card issuing process from managing the data to designing the badge layouts. Your template layout can include any graphics, logos, pictures and both static and dynamic text (name, number, expiry date, etc), limited only by your imagination. Add the required personal data (name, ID number, etc.) and capture the person’s photo. This can be done with any Twain/WIA compliant device. BM 4400 supports 20 barcode types and magstripe encoding.

For extra security, we also offer a host of options to ensure your cards retain the highest integrity. Our cards are subjected to stringent quality tests to ensure a perfect surface for dye sublimation printing. Choose pre-printed cards for the highest quality reproduction of logos or graphics, or where static text or a graphic is required on the reverse. If you require on site personalisation then a pre-printed card will reduce printing time per card and speed up the issuing process. Many applications require precise colour matching of Pantone colours or if more intricate, security designs are required, then it is advisable to use pre-printed cards.

Security PrintingWith the growing numbers and reducing costs of card printers now available, card issuers are facing an uphill battle against forgeries and card copies. Much of this can be avoided by introducing simple security features into the card design. Used in conjunction with card printers that also add a security laminate overlay, secure, tamperproof cards can be produced. Depending on the level of security required, there are a range of printing techniques that can be used.

Holo Designs For extra security we can pre-print your cards

yet with a low set-up cost. Gold and silver foil available

Guillocheimpossible to reproduce with a desktop printer. They provide a watermark style backdrop to your cards, similar to those used on banknotes, passports etc.

UV Printing This covert feature involves printing a design in a clear ink which is invisible in daylight, but clearly visible when exposed to a UV light.

Holo Images These can include intricate detail and

HologramsLayers of images are overlapped giving an illusion of depth. Highly secure and ideal for larger, security projects.

Micro Text Cards with pre-printed text that can only

inks formulated to change from one colour to another. This feature is part of the inner layer of the card and cannot be scratched, or removed.
