The State of Philosophy in the Philippines by Emerita Quito is probably the only known work which surveyed Philosophy education in the country. Even if the work is quite dated it offers an invaluable source of information regarding the history of Philosophy in the Philippines during the 80s as well as her various insights as regards the stagnation of Philosophy in the country.
