A cat with a hat,

While waiting for the rat,

Out flew a bat,

That was big and fat,

That bat ate the rat,

But the cat ate the bat.

Beautiful World

How beautiful the world is,

How blue the sky above,

How green the grass below,

How peaceful the river flow.

How beautiful the world is,

How clear the seashore,

THE SLAVE AND HIS WIFE

Once upon a time, there was a slave who lives with his wife in a hut near the

river. He works as a slave for the king in the in the country. He went fishing every day to

get the food for them to eat. Sometimes, he spent nearly the whole day waiting for the

catch.

One morning, something heavy caught his line and took it far below from the

surface. When he drew it up, he saw a great golden fish hook at the end.

The golden fish pleased with him, saying

Let me go, I am not a real fish and I will not taste good. I am an enchanted

prince. Let me live .

The slave said you dont need to worry at all. Ant fish that talks should be put

back into the water.

When the slave returned home, his wife asked, Did you catch any fish?

He said oh yes, a golden fish, he said he was an enchanted prince, so I let him

go.

What?! exclaimed the wife. You let him go without asking anything in return?.

He could have granted you any wish

What would I wish for?

Well look at this hut, we could ask for a house. Go and call for him. If you see

him, ask for a big house. She would not let him rest till he went. The water was quite

still.

The slave stood by the river and called out. Golden fish, golden fish of the river,

come up to me, I want to make a wish.

The fish appeared and asked what he wanted. He said, it is for my wife. She

said I should have asked you to grand us a wish.

What does she want?

She wants a big house.

You can go back. She already had it

When the man returned home, his wife was standing outside their new house,

she led him inside, where it was beautifully furnished. There were hens and duck in the

yard and a garden with the flowers and fruit trees.

They live happily for a fortnight. Then his wife suddenly said all this is too small,

why dont we have a castle

I dont need a castle

It will be easier for him to do it. Go and ask him

Itis not right, he might become angry

But his bothered him so much about it. Then, he went to call the fish golden fish

of the river, come out I want to make a wish the slave said nervously. my wife wants to

live in a castle.

Go back, she already does

When the fisherman returned home, his wife was waiting for him in front of a

stone castle. She led him inside where the hall was paved with marbles and many

servants greeted them. The table was full of food and looks so yummy.

When they woke up in the morning, the wife looked out the window and saw the

beautiful countryside before her. She turned to her husband and said look out there,

why we shouldnt be the king and queen of this land?

I dont want to be a king

Well, if you dont, I do. She gave him no peace until he went back to the river to

look for the golden fish.

He called the golden fish.

My wife wants to be a queen he said

Go to her you will find her back in the hut

They are probably living like that forever.

FRIENDSHIP LASTS FOREVER

Siti and Nurhaliza live in Kampung Bahagia since they were born. They are

neighbour. They grow up together and they are best friend. They study in the same

class. They also share same ambition which is to be an architect.

Unfortunately, one day, Siti told Nurhaliza that her father got promoted and need

to transfer to Johor Baharu. Nurhaliza was really sad because after Siti move out, she

will lose her best friend forever. But they cannot do anything.

After years, they lost contact to each other and they grow up become a very

beautiful and petite lady. Luckily, Nurhaliza got excellent result in SPM and she got offer

to further her study in university taking architecture. Nurhaliza remember her promise

with Siti to enter university taking architecture. She does not know any news about Siti

because they had been lost contact for years.

Surprisingly, Siti and Nurhaliza met in the university after being apart. They

became roommate and study in the same class again just like in school before. They

never imagined that they can meet again after lost contact for years.

After finished study, they got married and live as a neighbor again and their

friendship still strong like before because once be a friend always be a friend.

Friendship lasts forever.

In a living room,

Son : mummy, daddy, I thought we are not going for a vacation for year.

Mummy : yeah! Where do you wish to go this time? Langkawi? Pangkor?

Son : I wish to go to Australia. I want to gain new experience holiday abroad. I

want to see their cultures and specialty of the country.

Mummy : oh my son, you are so high taste in planning your vacation

Daddy : if you want to go to Australia, you need start saving from now. It is

because it needs a lot of cost.

Mummy : that is right, if you saving money. You can help us and decrease our

burden and you can buy anything which you wish to.

Son : I want to go to sea world, Gold Coast, and other interesting places in

Australia.

Mummy : so, you can start saving now. We can go to Australia once you have

enough money.

Son : yes. I will start saving from tomorrow.

Mummy : good my son. Im so proud of you.
