The SaddledomeSUITE CATERING INFORMATION

Welcome to the Saddledome. The Calgary Flames stand ready to accommodate all of your suite food and beverage needs. In order to ensure that your visit to the Saddledome is even more pleasurable, we offer the following information.

ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENTTo guarantee that Calgary Flames Food Services will meet all of your food and beverage needs, we request that you place your orders by 12:00 noon, two (2) business days before the event for all your advance menu selections, especially when ordering items. For example: Wednesday for Friday events, Thursday for events occurring on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

All items marked with requiretwo (2) business days (by 12:00 noon) advance notice.

The best way to place your order is by email at [email protected]. Please request a copy of our order sheet so that you can order via email. This way you always have a record of your order.

ORDERING DURING THE EVENTA suite attendant will be happy to assist you in placing a food and beverage order during an event.

CANCELLATIONSIf you need to cancel a suite food or beverage order, please contact our Suite Services Office with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event to avoid being charged for your order.

METHODS OF PAYMENTAccounts may be paid with cash or credit card. Suite holders may provide a credit card number for all orders to be charged to their suite. Presenting the credit card at the end of service would then not be necessary. If you are a guest and are responsible for your own food and beverage service, please inform the Calgary Flames Food Services whether you will be paying by cash or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club EnRoute).

The SaddledomePAR STOCKING SYSTEM

As a convenience, you may wish to maintain a minimum stock level of beverages. We will automatically replenish as needed to keep your beverage stock at the desired level. An extra charge may appear on your credit card for restocking after an event. Contact us on the Suite Order Line for more details and to establish your par stock.

SUITE DELIVERYFood and beverage orders will be available in your suite approximately one and one-half hours before the event. When placing your order, please let us know the desired time of delivery.

EQUIPMENT AND CHINAAll suites will be provided with the necessary chafers and other service equipment. A reasonable amount of china, silverware and glassware will be available in your suite. Special requests can be accommodated with 48 hours notice.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESDue to the Alberta Liquor Control Board Laws and company policy, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from within the building and may not be removed from the premises. Although it is the responsibility of the suite holder to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite, Calgary Flames Food Services reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who appear to be intoxicated or prevent patrons from leaving the building with alcoholic beverages.

SPECIAL SERVICESCalgary Flames Food Services would be delighted to assist you in planning special functions in your suite with advance notice. Please allow our suite services staff to assist you if you should need flowers, balloons, celebration cakes, ice carvings, etc.

There are other facilities available in the building to accommodate any function too large to be held in your private suite. The Calgary Flames Food Services staff would be pleased to help you plan any special occasion.

create a well-balanced array of specialized menu offerings to enhance the entertainment experience for you and your guests to ensure your suite experience is a memorable one.

The Suites menu is tailored to your tastes and the requirements of the guests whom you are entertaining, offering a wide variety of menu packages, snacks, appetizers,

entrées and desserts. The Menu features both classic arena favourites and a palate-pleasing range of our Chef ’s Signature dishes.
