Resident Testimonial

Jim and Loreen purchased a home in Cranston, RI , and began renovations in Octo-ber 2009. Instead of living with the construction, they decided to take advantage of our Executive Luxury Accommodations Program and live in a fully furnished 2 bed-room 2 bathroom residence on the 24th floor of the Residences. They recently let me know that they wished they discovered The Residences before purchasing their home, because they love living here! Here is their story:

1. How long have you lived at The Residences? We have lived at The Residences since October 2009, so about 4 months.

2. What were some of the features that attracted you here, made you decide on The Resi-dences? Living in a luxury condo always appealed to us. The building is brand new and you can’t beat that it is connected to the mall, The Westin Hotel , The Providence Convention Cen-ter, and The Dunk’n Donuts Center

3. Do you have any memorable experiences living here so far? Our favorite memory so far was New Year's Eve, Water Fire in downtown Providence was the BEST!

4. What would you like to share about yourself to other prospective residents? My wife Loreen and I have been married for 30 years, we are both retired, but still very active!

5. Have you used the concierge services, and if so, what has been your experience? All the employees here at The Residences are top shelf. Their quick response to all issues is con-stant. We find that problem resolution is paramount.

6. What do you think about the indoor access to dining, shopping, the fitness center, mov-ies, or other indoor conveniences? We absolutely love the fact that we can go out without putting on a coat. This winter has been especially cold!

7. What would you say to someone considering the Residences amongst all the choices in Providence available to them? The Residences, is a lifestyle for active adults. This is a great living experience if you enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle with no lawn cutting, no snow shovel-ing, no gutter cleaning, no exterior window washing, and to many others to list.

8. What do you like about living downtown? Have you gotten out and experienced the res-taurants, theater, nightlife, events that Providence has to offer? The city is alive, we see all the sporting events, all the Convention Center events, the best plays, all the movies, restaurants, shopping and the views are breath taking!

9. How would you describe the lifestyle here? It is complete, fun, exciting, high end, up scale, and maintenance free.
