Company owned vehicles: Certification by the company that applicant is the authorized user, the applicant’s current address and the company’s contact number must be specified. CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF STICKERS Cars need to be brought to the subdivision guard house model house or the affixing of stickers, (2) two weeks after the date of payment. In case of loss, please present a notarized Affidavit of Loss explaining the circumstances surrounding the incident.

schedules, qualifications, requirements

and cost of the stickers for reference.

Only Residents/lot owners may obtain the

Bel Air Homeowners’ Association stickers

and has the SOLE AUTHORITY to endorse/

sign the Application Form from Bel Air

Residences Marketing Office starting

March 1, 2015 according to the following

schedule:

These casa stickers shall be renewable

yearly and will be in two colours; Green

and Yellow. A maximum of two (2) Green

stickers will be given to each homeowner

whereas a Yellow sticker will be available

for homeowner’s relatives. QUESTION: a

total of how many yelow sticker allocation

will be given to homeowners.

Starting DATE, DAY, vehicles without 2015

Resident (green) stickers will only be

allowed entry/exit _____where a gate pass

must be obtained. There will be NO

EXCEPTIONS.

Homeowners’ cooperation with this policy

is appreciated and will help keep Bel Air .

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED To keep our records updated on any sales or changes in ownership, lot owners are required to submit the following documents, in addition to the sticker application form: 1. Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title as proof of ownership, or if title has not yet been transferred, a certified true copy of the duly notarized Deed of Absolute Sale in lieu of the title. 2. In the interest of security, orderliness and

in fairness to the majority of us residents,

all domestic helpers and drivers shall

secure a Bel Air Residences Homeowners’

Association ID card. The Subdivision ID

distinguishes the homeowners’ helpers

from non-association members and helps

provide better security in the subdivision.

Rules & Regulations

1. The Identification Cards are to be assigned

to owners’ house helpers. When leaving/

entering the premises, the household

helpers and drivers shall present their

respective IDs. They shall also be subject to

luggage and package inspection.

2. The Identification Card shall be renewable

every year and will be charged P100.00/

person.
