OUR HYBRID CLOUD SOLUTION ALLOWS CLIENTS TO AVOID HAVING TO MAKE A ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL DECISION. As long-time federal partners, we understand that each agency requires a customized cloud solution. Our service-based platform is designed to accommodate various deployment scenarios. Using our managed hosting service, we provide a hybrid public/private FISMA compliant cloud architecture that is distributed across two geographically dispersed Tier 3 data centers. Alternatively, our cloud management platform can be deployed on government sites for clients that have specific operational constraints. Whether deployed on premises or using Triple-i data centers, all core service capabilities are available for implementation, including our premier cloud architecture and engineering services, ensuring clients can take full advantage of cloud offerings.
There are many options for government agencies when it comes to taking advantage of cloud computing. Triple-i offers the simplest path for clients to reach a cloud-enabled future. Triple-i’s hybrid cloud services are tailored specifically for our public sector clients, with a suite of service offerings that
protect the security of information and adhere to FISMA (Low, Moderate, High) and HIPAA compliance requirements. Our service architecture and management tools give clients a range of benefits that result in lower costs, higher security, increased automation, and improved performance.

• Service Catalog — Requirements-focused service catalog enables clients to make conscientious decisions based on actual value (service + cost). Our “Solution Designer” provides cost and service normalization and comparison across available cloud services. Triple-i engineers stand ready to assist clients with selecting the appropriate service offering.
• Orchestration, Provisioning, and Configuration Management — Clients (or Triple-i, on a client’s behalf) can provision service offerings, initiating an automated workflow that uses system-level integration and API calls to obtain selected cloud resources. These workflows can branch and integrate with other management systems for enhanced solutions. Workflows are integrated with service request trackers, such as Remedy, for full transparency and traceability.
• Chargeback and Showback — Aggregates cost and usage information for provisioned services across all cloud resources and logically relates it to each client’s budget goals. Includes real-time cost reporting, according to
agency, office, project, budget codes; invoicing and various funding stream related metadata; and detailed usage metrics for all services.
• Management Dashboard — Customizable dashboards aggregate client system information from provisioned service offerings, allowing users to provision/de-provision, report, set and adjust thresholds and alarms without the burden of accessing multiple disparate interfaces.
• SLA Management — The SLA system assigns service level attributes for each offered service, enabling the client to dynamically tailor SLA packages.
• Cloud Service Integration — Facilitated integration engagements help to define, architect, deploy, and migrate technology and workflows. Triple-i oversight serves to ensure that integration standards are met and guarantees long-term system interoperability, resulting in the delivery of end-to-end solutions that add value and capabilities for the client.
