A skit will be the entertainment. MEN’S MEN’S January 26 - 5:30 p.m. Ladies, bring your best crockpot recipe for us to enjoy! JAM will sing. We will begin our 2020 with our annual International Mis- sion Study for our children on Wednesday, January 8. Brooks Armstrong, who has lived abroad for several years, will speak to us at 5:30. Aſterwards GAs and RAs will finish the study in their regular missions groups. Choirs and missions will begin at their regular times on Wednesday, January 15. The new 2020 First Kids Events Postcard will go out soon, but here are just a few dates to mark on your calendars: Sunday, January 26: Sign up for CentriKid and SMACK Wednesday, February 12 - Children’s Missions Day Sunday, February 23: Big Parenting (Grandparenting) Event! Below you will see a couple of Sunday night family events we hope you will be a part of. And thank you again to everyone who participat- ed in any way in “Come See the Lamb.” Many hours of prayer and preparation went into this presentation and I am so thankful for those who willingly share their time and talents for the Glory of the Lord! I am looking forward to 2020 and what God has in store for us at FBC! The Worship Choir will not sing this Sunday, but will sing “In the Name of the Lord” Sunday, January 12 in morning worship. Regular re- hearsals will resume Wednesday night, January 15 at 6:00 in the choir room. This is great time to join choir or return to choir if you’ve not been singing with us recent- ly. Thank you so much for the cards, gifts and acts of kindness shown to Tim and I during the Christmas season. It is such a blessing to serve this loving church. Money for these events can be placed in one of the available envelopes and given to the church office. Also, copies of the 52 week Bible Reading Plan, F260, are available on the student ministry table or you can find the plan on the YouVer-sion Bible App. Each week we’ll be reading 5 selected passages and memorizing two sets of scripture from the Old and New Testament. If we invest our lives in God’s Word, the rewards will be unimaginable. Parents, I encourage you to do the plan with your family!

CHRISTIAN SYMPATHY is extended to Angel Wooten and family in the death of her grandmother, Christine Henley, December 16.
