Proven research track recordMcCrindle Baynes research programs are the most trusted and quoted by the media, financiersand listed, unlisted and not For Profit operators.
McCrindle Baynes has executed four major independant village community research programs (2008, 2011, 2013 and 2014) with total budgets exceeding $800,000. All research projects have been inpartnerships with village operators.
Over 15,000 residents have been surveyed across more than 400 private and Not For Profit villages in partnership with in excess of 50 village operators, plus industry peak bodies such as the RVA, Retirement Living Council and ACSA.
The Australian successes led to McCrindle Baynes being commissioned by the Retirement Villages Association of New Zealand to survey the entire NZ village sector to establish an industry NPS score (2015).
McCrindle Research is now utilised extensively by a large number of operators for their own ‘house’ research.
Proven resident engagement With nine years experience, McCrindle Baynes has a deep understanding of the processes required to achieve high engagement by residents and effective partnering with village managers.
A sector initiativeThe ResiRating Resident Rating Program has been developed by the sector for the sector. The rating methodology has now been proven over 36 months.
A consistent sector wide research program will rapidly build data that the sector (and individual operators) can confidently utilise for advocacy and media commentary.
Cost effective and fairThe efficiency of a 3 in 1 research product coupled with volume allows small and large operators to participate, from $1,500 per village community for a one village operator*.
