37, Lk. 20:42-43)• Jesus declares that the Messiah (who

would descend from David) by his own (David’s) acknowledgment would be greater than him. HOW would that be possible? Jesus is declaring Himself (as the Son of God) greater than David OR predating Him (i.e. God – Immanuel)

Jesus the fulfillment of this by having been raised from the dead and having ascended to heaven.
