Lao PDR is classified as a country with limited institutional and human resource
capacities to meet the requirements from the Rio Conventions. As a result the country fails to submit national reports to the convention
secretariat. However, level of difficulty in preparing national reports might be different
which depends on data information requirement and critical analysis to be
reported.
