A Letter from the Founder

Welcome to Cowra! On behalf of the Who I Really Am team, we congratulate you on reaching

this important milestone in your Journey of Transformation.

I have discovered that we all have a divine mission and purpose; and that nothing ever happens

by chance or coincidence. Every circumstance or situation we experience has a valuable purpose

imbedded in it for our ultimate good and fulfillment of our mission. Very few people, however,

discover and live their mission and purpose in life. As a result, they use very little of their true

potential. Over generations of time, we have gradually become alarmingly unaware of who we

really are and what we are truly capable of. Our genuine essence lies dormant, deep within the

subterranean realms of our lives, yearning to be released to serve us. In so doing, the world

inevitably becomes a better place to live; but first we must learn to unleash this potential.

While I am deeply concerned about this existing condition, I am excited and optimistic about our

future. There is no doubt in my heart and mind that we are living in the dawn of a divine

awakening, where knowledge is pouring in upon us at a rate unprecedented in the history of

mankind. For the avid seeker of truth who, through humility, remains open and willing to further

advance his quest for self-mastery, hidden mysteries will be unveiled. We will undoubtedly

discover more about who we really are and what we are truly capable of.

With this divinely enlightened understanding comes a compelling and selfless desire to reach out

to others by inspiring courage, confidence, and hope for their journey upon the Pathway to Self-

Mastery. By so doing, we utilize more of our divine potential toward the betterment of mankind.

In the development of wisdom, one must gather the firewood of knowledge and ignite it by

striking the flint of courage against the rock of self-discipline, thus creating fires of

understanding. Wisdom, therefore, is knowledge of fire!

Now is the time when analytical logic must give way to creative insight. It is the time when the

rigidity of normal goal setting procedures and fixed plans must surrender to the flexibility of

intuitive visioning and inspired development, guided by the power of faith. These are the days of

the new walk. The Walk from Within.

May I encourage you to continue your Journey of Transformation. You are now equipped with

the new companionship of the Who I Really Am program. Our guides, Respa and Inrock, along

with your other WIRA friends, will be with you at all times. Allow them to inspire courage,

confidence, and hope – no matter what. As you do so, you’ll be better able to help yourself and

to help others along their own Journeys of Transformation, one precious life at a time.

Yours in Success,

Roger M. Anthony

Journey Summary

Island 1: Island of Humility

I Desire Through Humility

The first step to lasting transformation is humility.

• I remain open to discover Who I Really Am, what I

am truly capable of, where I am meant to be, and how

I am to get there.

• I free myself from the hoodwinking I have allowed

through all kinds of false notions and negative

conditioning.

• I will make allowances for individual differences of

all, including myself.

• I listen sincerely to the opinions and ideas of others,

and graciously accept feedback.

• I admit when wrong, and make whatever changes are

necessary in bettering my life.

• I align myself with the principles of integrity and

remain open to all possibilities. I begin the journey to

the Land of Cowra by doing whatever it takes to

remove the blinders of pride, enabling me to de-

hoodwink myself.

Opens the Door to Abundant Opportunities

Island 2: Island of Awareness

I See Through Awareness

Because I am open and humble, I will begin to see things

that I could not see before.

• I realize there is no limit to human endeavor when I

know Who I Really Am, free from the crust of

negative conditioning.

• I understand the power of the mind and how to lay the

foundation for a life guided by well-thought-out and

inspired goals in both my professional and personal

life.

• I am prepared to accept opportunity over security.

• I identify areas where change needs to be made in

order for me to become Who I Really Am.

• I clarify family, professional, and personal desired

outcome targets, and calmly evaluate alternatives prior

to action.

Builds the Foundation for Informed Choices

Island 3: Island of Commitment

I Plan Through Commitment

With my new knowledge and awareness, I commit to take

action towards accomplishing my mission and purpose.

• I identify and document the areas within my life that

are most important to me, underpinned by the values

by which I choose to live my life.

• I am accountable, accept ownership, stretch my

comfort zones, risk ridicule, and break through the

barriers of fear.

• I design well-thought-out plans of action.

• I ensure that all that I do is in alignment with the

values that govern my life and with the things that are

most important to me.

Deepens the Desire to Achieve and Increases

Motivation

Island 4: Island of Courage

I Apply Through Courage

Courage is required to keep the commitments I make and

to continually progress in becoming Who I Really Am.

• I apply courage to act on all I have committed to do

with persistence, tenacity, flexibility, and laser-like

focus on each strategic step.

• I effectively delegate and motivate as necessary.

• I overcome procrastination by realizing that when I

waste time, I am wasting part of my life; for time is

life and life is time.

• I do what I fear or dislike most first.

• I choose my words with care, for they affect my

thoughts, actions, and results.

Raises SAPA (Self Awareness & Positive Attitude),

Increases Motivation, and Eliminates

Procrastination

5

Island 5: Island of Self-Discipline

I Persist Through Self-Discipline

Self-discipline is the enabling power to fully implement the

commitments entered into. It is the power to push through

all challenges and maintain courage.

• I never give up. I remain composed and in control.

• I choose the right, regardless of the circumstances.

• I maintain focus, despite distractions and deterrents.

• I remain fiercely loyal to my values and to all those

with whom I have made commitments, including

myself.

Ensures That Desired or Greater Outcomes Will

Inevitably Be Achieved

Island 6: Island of Resilience

I Adapt Through Resilience

As I remain open, increase in knowledge, courageously

keeping my commitments and implementing the directions

given, I will be given stewardships. These stewardships

are maintained and thrive through resilience in the

journey.

• I regularly spend personal quiet time to ponder,

receive, and plan.

• I maintain a sense of humor.

• I remain flexible and composed under all conditions.

• I learn from the past and move forward with greater

enthusiasm, resilience, clarity, and focus.

• I overcome opposition and inspire all by my example.

Breakthroughs Occur Toward Desired or Greater

Serendipitous Outcomes

Island 7: Island of Abundance

I Share Through Abundance

As I maintain all of the steps on this journey, I accomplish

the endeavors given to me and begin to fully engage in my

unique mission and purpose. I achieve the highest levels

of peace, happiness, and joy by sharing through the

abundance of gifts, talents, and resources I possess.

• I reach to serve and give back in the power of Hope &

Faith.

• I live by the law of the harvest in the spirit of

gratitude, encouragement, and support.

• I see the earth as a realm of beauty, teaming with

abundance and unlimited possibilities, gifted to me

with a responsibility to do all I can to ensure it

remains protected and in harmony with its God-given

design.

Opens Up Unlimited Realms of Possibilities and

Opportunities

The Land of Cowra

I Become Who I Really Am

This is a state when I consistently apply the principles

learned from all the islands which will help me be

anchored in truth and become complete and whole.

therefore I am Who I Really Am.

• I therefore live in Peace, Happiness, and Joy.

• I continually seek to help others do the same and

become their unique “I Am.”

• I realize that my life is a gift over which I am simply a

steward.

• I live my life in the spirit of gratitude and my sole

focus is to help make this world a better place in

which to live.

• I do my best to inspire people to help themselves so

they can inspire others to do the same.

Cowra (COW-rah)

Completeness, Oneness, Wholeness,

Reliability, Anchored in truth

ENLIGH SUGGESTIONS:

• Listen to Who I Really Am .

• In this very special Enligh Time, we invite you to reflect on your journey of

transformation and answer this question: Who am I?

On a fresh page in your journal, write the following at the top:

This is WHO I REALLY AM!

I AM…

If you don’t know how to answer the question right away, keep holding your pen,

prepared to write, until something comes into your mind. It will come. Write freely

everything that comes to your mind and into your heart. Write it all down, without

judgement. When you feel finished, reread what you have written and highlight the truths

that are confirmed to your heart. Choose to receive what you have been given. Believe it.

Rejoice in it. It is true.

• How would you define Completeness, Oneness, Wholeness, Reliability, Anchored in

truth? What do each of these words mean to you personally?

- Consider looking up these definitions in the 1828 Webster’s Dictionary.

- Take some time to ponder and recognize these characteristics in your life.

• Listen to Cowra Lullaby .

I Become Who I Really Am

Self-Mastery enables one to always remain open and humble on a perpetual cycle towards

higher levels of enlightenment.

• Live in Peace, Happiness, and Joy (PHJ). Experience Inner Contentment.

• Conduct my life under the inspiration of courage, confidence, and hope.

• Be prepared at all times to masterfully interact with life-NO MATTER WHAT!

transformational journeys that parallel your own?

transformed?

to Reflect on what we have become. Arrange sufficient time to do the following (you will

need an hour minimum for this exercise):

- Prepare yourself physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally for this

experience in whatever ways you feel is appropriate. (See relaxation option.)

The Land of Cowra Cowra

9

- Choose a quiet, safe place to experience this reflection.

- Have your journal with you and any other materials that will aid you in this

experience.

- Make yourself as comfortable as possible. Make sure the temperature is

comfortable for you as well.

- Take a moment to experience the beauty around you. Use your senses to see, hear,

smell, taste, and feel your surroundings. Breathe it in. Notice how it makes you

feel.

- Holding a mirror large enough to take in your whole face. See your reflection.

- Notice every feature you have and rejoice in the miracle of your senses. Rejoice

in WHO YOU ARE! Right now!

journey of transformation. Consider what you experienced on each island. Who

were you before you began this journey? What mission were you fulfilling at that

time? If you have kept a journal of your journey, reread it as you reflect.

1. Remember the Island of Humility. How were you transformed? Notice

your gratitude. Notice the joy that you feel.

senses, embarking on this new journey and being amazingly successful in

your mission.

6. What is your next step? Write down what comes into your heart.

endowed with all of the keys you need to fight and win the battle. You

must believe in order to receive. Trust that you know “Who I Really Am.”

• ACTIVITY: INTEGRITY SKETCH

1. Draw a sketch of yourself. It can be as simple as an outline or as detailed as you

your body to sink into comfort. If necessary, do it one more time.

30. In this relaxed state of gratitude, take all the time you need to reflect on

every aspect of your life and recognize how your experiences, both

pleasurable and painful, have made you abundant. You are ready, right

now, to go forward and be who you really are!

• GAME: WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER. Print out two copies of the Who I Really Am

Character Guide found on the homepage of the website whoireallyam.org.

- One copy will be used to check your answers. Take the second copy and cut out

the pictures of the animals and also the island names.

- You can play this game several different ways:

1. Lay out the island name and all the animals belonging to each island.

Then have one person leave the room while a number of the animals of

your choosing are removed from the layout and set to the side, shuffled.

Invite the person back and see if they can place the animals on the correct

island and in correct order.

2. Leave the island names laid out in the correct order and then make piles of

all the animals grouped together according to the island they belong to (i.e.

a pile of all the animals on the island of humility: camel, butterfly,

platypus, dolphin, and kangaroo.) Then each person will take an island and

see if they can place the animals in the correct order.

3. Shuffle all the parts of the character guide including the island names, and

take turns placing the islands and their guides in the correct order.

• GAME: WHO AM I? Divide your family into two teams. In turn, give the name of one

of the animals in the Who I Really Am program. For example: Forlov. The team will get

one point if they can identify the animal that Forlov is (dolphin). A second point will be

rewarded if they can identify what Forlov stands for (Forgiveness through Love). A third

point can be given if they remember what island Forlov is on (the island of Humility) and

a fourth point will be rewarded if they remember what order Forlov is taught on the

island of humility (the fourth animal).

- If you desire, give a small reward to the first and second place teams (a stuffed

animal, animal crackers, small statue of an animal, or visit the Who I Really Am

online store for more options).

• ART PROJECT: INROCK THE EAGLE. How does an eagle transform over time?

Draw different phases of a baby eagle growing.

- Now, think of yourself. How have you transformed over time? How has your

integrity grown? What does the “ROCK” in Inrock stand for? (Receivers of

Correct Knowledge). How have you received correct knowledge on your journey

of transformation? What animals in the Who I Really Am program have changed

you the most?

The Land of Cowra Cowra

15

- Next to your eagle drawing, document your own transformation. Perhaps you

could draw images that remind you of pivotal lessons you learned while on your

journey to the Land of Cowra.

• PRESENTATION: WHAT ANIMAL IS YOUR FAVORITE? Invite the members of

your family to pick their favorite animal in the Who I Really Am program. Then have

each member present facts about the animal; what the animal teaches; perhaps a story

from their core books; or a personal example of the principle.

Who I Really Am (WIRA)

I become who I think I am, what I hold in my heart and mind.

I desire to discover, then to uncover, who, who, who I really am.

Who I really am!

I become who I think I am; I am designed to succeed.

How important is the knowing, then all the growing, to my true identity.

I’m a child of divinity. Creator of my destiny, I exist in all eternity.

Who, who, who, I really am, Who I really am!

I become who I think I am, what I hold in my heart and mind.

This leads me to seeing what I am capable of being, and how I will become

Who, who, who I really am. Who I really am!
