ConclusionConclusion

LAPD believes privacy is vital for all citizens

LAPD experience reveals that criminal justice inquiries must be verified with a biometric such as fingerprinting

LAPD must have open access to all records for high integrity and security positions (i.e. police officers and defined civilian employees)

Criminal Justice System information should be for law enforcement purposes only
