Works will include:• Stripping and refinishing the bar counter top. • Upgrading the bar back fitting, incorporating feature tiling and lighting to create an attractive illuminated drinks display. • Installing a feature metal cage above the servery to store glasses. • Laying new safety Altro flooring. • Adding spotlights and feature pendant lighting. Dining Bar ServeryThe bar servery in the dining area will be refurbished in line with the traditional yet premium look and feel of the pub. A full redecoration will see it become the focal point for diners entering the pub, indicative of what they can expect from the rest of their experience. Works will include: • Installing a new upper back bar fitting to allow more space to display products.• Recladding the bar front in wooden panelling painted in warm, earthy tones. • Adding spotlights and feature lighting. Dining AreaThe dining area will be fully refurbished with vibrant and charming new features, enhancing the ambience of the venue. This area will provide a space where customers can come to relax and enjoy the full range of food and drink on offer. Works will include:• Introducing a variety of banquette-style and round sharing tables throughout the area to maximise covers. • Adding a variety of loose and fixed seating, with plush scatter cushions in contrasting fabrics and colours. • Decorating the area in full height feature panelling, painted in deep heritage colours. • Installing new light fittings in new and existing positions to create a more subtle and warming ambience. • Finishing the area with a variety of elegant potted plants and tasteful bric-a-brac. Locals’ Bar AreaThe bar area will be a cosy space to relax and unwind in, and will be fully refurbished in line with the inviting look and feel of the pub. Works will include:• Removing the architrave and door to create a more open-plan space. • Exposing existing wall finishes in places to add a rustic touch, and highlight the pieces of feature furniture in front of it.• Contrasting the exposed wall finishes with decorative feature wallpaper. • Installing large framed mirrors. • Refinishing the existing exposed timber. • Enhancing the existing fireplace with decorative displays and timber stores either side. • Refinishing the flooring. • Adding new fixed seating, upholstered in a variety of earthy fabrics and leather buttoned-back styles. • Adding modest wall art and bric-a-brac throughout. KitchenThe existing commercial kitchen will be remodeled to refresh and update the space, ready to facilitate the new food menu. Works will include:• Installing new safety flooring.• Installing brand-new appliances and equipment where applicable.• Redecorating and refinishing the space.CellarThe existing cellar will be retained. A full redecoration will be carried out and a SmartDispense system installed to reduce waste and improve quality.ToiletsThe ladies and gents toilets will be fully refurbished and redecorated to continue the updated, contemporary look of the pub.
