    MUHAMMAD SYUKURI BIN MAZLAN

    Seorang atlet prestasi tinggi perlu mempunyai kesihatan yang berkaitan kecergasan fizikal yang sangat baik dan kemahiran besar kecergasan fizikal yang berkaitan walaupun disiplin dan emosi yang bijak. Salah satu komponen kecergasan kemahiran yang berkaitan fizikal adalah keseimbangan. Komponen keseimbangan dalam setiap atlet adalah sangat penting bagi setiap jurulatih yang perlu ditefcankan. Dalam kajian ini, penyelidik akan menyediakan kira-kira terbukti daya hidup yang mempunyai keseimbangan dalam sukan untuk atlet. Kajian ini merupakan percubaan pertama untuk mengkaji kesan program latihan keseimbangan pada keseimbangan dinamik antara pemain bola baling. 30 peserta penyelidikan kajian terdiri pensampelan daripada Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Alam Megah 2 iaitupemain bola baling untuk memasti/can peserta kajian adalah sama semasa awal ujian sejak peserta penyelidikan telah menerima kekerapan latihan yang sama dan protokol. Peserta akan diuji dengan menggunakan Johnson Modification o f the Bass Test o f Dynamic Balance (JMBT) pada awal bulan ini dan empat minggu selepas ujian pertama. Akibatnya, tidak ada perbezaan yang signifikan dalam keseimbangan dinamik antara kedua-dua kumpulan (kumpulan kawalan dan kumpulan eksperimen). (t = 1.189, df= 28, p > .05).

  • ABSTRACT

    MUHAMMAD SYUKURI BIN MAZLAN

    A high performance athlete should have an excellent health related physical fitness and a tremendous skill related physical fitness despite o f discipline and emotionally wise. One o f the components o f the skill related physical fitness is the balance. The component o f balance in every athlete is very important for each coach to be stressed about. In this simple research, the researcher will provide proven about the vitality o f having balance in sports to an athlete. This study was apparently the first attempt to study the effects o f balance training program on dynamic balance among handball players. The 30 research participants were purposively sampling from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Alam Megah 2 handball players to ensure the research participants was equal during the beginning o f the test since the research participants had received equal training frequency and protocols. Participants will be tested by using Johnson Modification o f the Bass Test o f Dynamic Balance (JMBT) on early o f the month and four weeks after the first test. As a result, there are no significant differences in dynamic balance between the two groups (controlgroup and experimental group), (t = 1.189, df= 28, p> .05).
