Philosophy

The Corner Bar in the heart of Nymore strives to have a classic, fun, friendly, homegrown atmosphere. Steve Carter Sr. started it all in the original building (actually on the corner) back in 1977. Known for its no-frills character, and for serving the biggest, most delicious burgers in Bemidji, we quickly became a local favorite.

The legend continues with Steve Jr., better known as “Stubby”. He’s been running things since 2005. The burgers are still the best and the atmosphere is better than ever.

The Corner Bar logo is available to be used in two versions: with the location/date line and without. The version with the location/date line is the primary logo and should be used for most applications. The secondary logo can be used for smaller applications.

Minimum Size & Clear Space

Minimum SizeThe Corner Bar logo can not be reduced down any smaller then 1” from the top of the location to the bottom of the date. The secondary logo can be reduced to a minimum size of 1/2”

Clear SpaceClear space is the area surrounding the logo that must be kept free of other graphic elements. The minimum required clear space is defined by the measurement of the letter C in the wordmark.

The space between the emblem and the location/date line is the size of the uppercase N.

The Corner Bar branding uses the red banner through out all types of mediums. The red banner is a symbol of quality and promise of service.

The banner is used on all print advertisements, letterhead and other business stationery.

The banner can be used at any size as long as the width is 3-times smaller then the height and is at least 1/2”.

The letterhead, envelopes, and business cards all work together to maintain a consistent brand.

The body copy font side should be 10pt on the letter head and the logo should be placed 1.5” from the edge of the left side of the paper.

On the envelope the logo should be .5” from the edge of the envelope.

The business cards are 3”x2.5” the logo should be 1”x 1” on the front and .5”x.5” on the back. The tag line “why not?” should be pt 12 and bolded. The rest of the type should be 7pt.
