Business Development
PROCESS
Construction begins and inspections are scheduled. BDT communicates regularly during construction to minimize confusion/hurdles prior to inspection.
Construction& Inspection
Certificate of Occupancy is issued once inspections are completed and passed. Another business opens in the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
Certificate ofOccupancy
BDT Lead contacts applicant regarding permitting status, and works with applicant to determine if additional trade permits are required.
Permitting
Communicate& Apply
Business Development Team (BDT) is contacted. BDT Lead arranges anappointment to review needs, facilitates interdepartmental communication, and proposes economic development incentives where applicable.
