GOODBYE 2012 ....... HELLO 2013!!!May this new year bring in the happiest and most beautiful times for you.
MC Friends,As 2012 ends and we begin a cold 2013, I
write this note with so much warmth in my heart for this beautiful community we live in. Thank you to the Board Members; Facility, Covenant, Finance and Social/Newsletter Committees as well as ALL the fantastic volunteers who continuously give hours and hours of your free time to help make Martin’s Chase a wonderful community to live in.
I invite all who may have an interest in volunteering for the social and/or newsletter committee to join us on February 10th from
11:30-1:00. The Social/Newsletter committee will host an Open House Brunch at the Martin’s Chase Club House. I encourage new and old residents to come out - we need your help!! Volunteers are the only way to keep the activities running throughout the year. See insert for more details.
From all our families to yours, may 2013 bring in the happiest and most beautiful times for you and yours.

WARM FUDGE SAUCEIf feeling indulgent this winter, try this warm fudge sauce! It keeps well in the fridge for 1 month.
3 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate1 Cup Sugar1 Stick Butter1 Cup Heavy Cream Pinch of Salt1 TSP Vanilla
Simmer ingredients until mixture is smooth, stir or whisk frequently. Once smooth add vanilla and stir until well mixed. Serve over ice cream or brownies/cookies and enjoy!
