Process Contents

1. Needs Analysis & Topic selection

• Needs from most frequent/important issues from career counseling practices• Especially common issues which can be delivered as group interventions• Select potential topics within our constrains: scope of practice, available assessments,

complete in 2 hours workshop, etc.• Arrange topics along career development process

2. Content/MaterialDevelopment

• Workshop content first developed• Materials (PT, Handouts, etc.) developed or secured
