The A.S.D. Skating Fasano, in collaboration with the Zoosafari / Fasanolandia, offers the city ofFasano as the venue for the World Open Inline Skating 2019.The Zoosafari di Fasano is the first wildlife park in Italy and one of the largest in Europe for thenumber of species present with about 3000 specimens of 200 different species, in an area withMediterranean vegetation covering about 140 hectares.Fantastic are the groups of giraffes, zebras, lions and Tibetan bears, as well as the only polarbears in Italy that, among other things, reproduce regularly.Fasano is a bright country of white walls and alleyways located in one of the most beautiful areasof Italy, between Salento and the Land of Bari.Placed among vast olive groves, Fasano is part of those Apulian towns that some people call"white and blue". The white is the whitewashed houses, which reflect the sunlight and the blue isthat of the sky that passes through the distant cobalt of the sea where there are the seasidehamlets of Savelletri and Torre Canne.The historic center, with alleys, arches and squares that invite you to discover beautiful buildingsand churches.On the coast the archaeological area of Egnazia, an ancient Messapian and then Roman city, isworth a visit.
Fasano offers modern facilities that are easily accessible in combination with a committedteam of volunteers who will work to bring you an event that is organized to the higheststandards. Having obtained the support of the business community of Fasano, and thesupport of the Municipality of Fasano, we are confident of being able to offer an exceptionalexperience of competition in our city.

The Venue: Palestra I.P.S.A.R. "Franco Zizzi" via De Deo,72015 Fasano
The "Franco Zizzi" Gym is a sports facility of I.I.S.S. "Gaetano Salvemini"
Seating for spectators - Approximately 400
Meets floor requirements: 20m x 40m non-slip parquet flooring
• with changing rooms for athletes
• For officers, a room for judges with drinks and snacks during the entire stay.
• A WIFSA office room
• with meeting room for the General Assembly (50 people)
• Tables of judges, chairs for judges and technical panels (12 people)
• with at least 400 seats / seats for the public
• with fee-paying cafeteria service for the teams (meals, snacks, drinks ...),

• with adequate lighting system for an event

Transportation
The transport of judges selected by WIFSA is the responsibility of the organizing committee.
The organizing committee must take responsibility and care for the appropriate transport of all officers from the airport / railway station to the official hotel for both modes and from the hotel to the event / practice building, back and forth, to the duration of the stay.
The transport of the teams is at their own expense,

Organization
ASD Skating has sufficient volunteers to manage according to WIFSA, registrations, accreditations, the collection of all registration fees in transparency with WIFSA, the collection of music and the tabs of the contents of the program, etc.
Ceremony / Gala
An opening (brief ceremony)
It could take place when all the teams are in place during the first day of competition.
Decoration
Covering of the material to be fixed on the boards surrounding the skating area.
They must be placed on each side 4 of that border for WIFSA banners as well as Wifsa sponsorship banner posts, in agreement with WIFSA board members as well as sponsors identified by ASD Skating.
A seat with tables for Wifsa sponsors to fix a stand should be available in a good place.
The judgment system
• The Technical Panel is part of the officers with at least 3 technical specialists, 2 controllers, 2 dataoperators, 1 cutter, 1 video operator.
• The Organizing Committee must provide a black and white laser printer. There must be a copier machine sufficient to print official documents for communications and to provide results.
• The IT system can be rented from WIFSA, the cost is 50€.
Data operator, cutter operator and video operator as far as technicians can be provided by the organizing committee in accordance with WIFSA.
Gifts / official dinner
The ASD Skating might provide for athletes and officials a welcome gift.
There should be a gala dinner organized for the officials.
Podium
The podium must be well placed with the mention of the "WIFSA World Open 2019" clearly visible on all the photos taken. There must be only mentions approved by WIFSA around.
The organization of the podium ceremony carried out with the approval of WIFSA and ASD Skating Fasano.
Trophies and Diploma
The ASD Skating Fasano must provide the winners with a diploma and a prize mentioning the category, place and name of the competition: 9th World Open of Inline Skating.
Photo / Video
Wifsa must have, for its own purpose free from any rights, a copy of all material from any photographer or video recorder, this for the sole purpose of WIFSA. This must be written in any agreement with a photographer or video service. The mention of WIFSA World Open must be present in all item.
