Dear parish family, Christ is Risen! Before His Ascension Jesus gave His Church a COMMAND: "GO into the world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature." For Saint Clement, our part of the world we are RESPONSIBLE for is PLANT CITY! In order to fulfill our share of Jesus' MISSION we need resources: Your Treasure, yes! As well as YOUR Time and Talent. Our "Make your Own Strawberry Shortcake Ministry" was very successful this year not ONLY in the amount raised but also in the number of parishioners, especially "First Timers" who GOT INVOLVED!!!! Do you remember WHY we call our Stewardship Program "JESUS FIRST"? It's be-cause, if Jesus isn't First in our lives, it doesn't ma er how much Time, Talent & Treasure we give. But ONCE we place Jesus at the CENTER of our lives then He gives guidance to EVERYTHING we do, EVEN our STEWARDSHIP! Fulfilling Jesus Mission in Plant City will take EVERYONE'S commitment. I am not ask-ing for equal giving but EQUAL EFFORT, in the Sharing of your Time, Talent & Treas-ure with YOUR parish FAMILY. Jesus made PLANS for the future of His Church before his Ascension, so must we!!!! Why do people leave money, stocks, property, etc. in their wills to Ins tu ons other than their family? For the same reason they give when they are living: They believe in the MISSION of these ins tu ons. I have ALREADY included Saint Clement in my Will. I am not planning on leaving any me soon, but when the me comes, I have planned to be a Steward in death as I was in life. Are you interested in a ending a “LIFE PLANNING SEMINAR” that will assist you in financial planning now and in the future, using spiritual and prac cal financial prin-ciples? ¡Cristo ha Resucitado!

Antes de su Ascensión Jesús le dio a su Iglesia un MANDAMIENTO: “VAYAN a todo el mundo y proclamen el Evangelio a todas las creaturas.” ¡Para San Clemente, la parte del mundo por la que somos RESPONSABLES es PLANT CITY!

Para cumplir nuestra parte de compar r la MISION de Jesús necesitamos recursos. Su Tesoro, así como SU Tiempo y Talento.

Nuestro “Ministerio Haga su Propio Pastel de Fresa” fue exitoso este año, no SOLO en la can dad recaudada sino también en el número de feligreses que PARTICIPA-RON. Hubo un gran número que par cipó por primera vez.

¿Recuerdan POR QUÉ llamamos a nuestro Programa de Mayordomía “PRIMERO JESÚS”? Es porque si Jesús es el Primero en nuestras vidas, no importa cuánto Tiempo, Talento y Tesoro damos. UNA VEZ que ponemos a Jesús como el CENTRO de nuestras vidas, Él nos guía en todo lo que hacemos, ¡HASTA en nuestra MAYOR-DOMIA!

Cumplir la Misión de Jesús en Plant City tomara el compromiso de CADA UNO DE NOSOTROS. No estoy pidiendo la misma can dad, sino el MISMO ESFUERZO en compar r su Tiempo, Talento y Tesoro con SU FAMILIA parroquial.

Jesús hizo PLANES para el futuro de Su Iglesia antes de su Ascensión, ¡ nosotros debemos hacer lo mismo!!!

¿Por qué las personas dejan, dinero, acciones, propiedad, etc., en sus testamentos a ins tuciones en lugar de a sus familias? Por la misma razón que lo hacen cuando están vivos: Creen en la MISION de estas ins tuciones. ¡Ya he incluido a San Cle-mente

en mi testamento! No estoy pensando en que esto pase en un corto plazo, pero cuando el empo llegue ya he pensado en ser un mayordomo en la muerte así como lo era en vida. ¿Está interesado en par cipar en “UN SEMINARIO DE PLANIFICACION DE VIDA” que le ayudara con sus finanzas ahora y en el futuro, usando principios financie-ros espirituales y prác cos?
