Women, we all know that there are many things on our plates. The idea of adding one more thing can be overwhelming. Women's Ministry is here not to add one more thing to your plate or one more activity, but to connect you with other women and help you to grow in your relationship with God.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out how to jump in and connect with others, so we are kicking off the Fall season with a Worship Night. Please join us as we worship with contemporary and traditional music in the Worship Center, then move to the Activity Center for refreshments and a chance to learn about Women's Ministry. We will have sign-ups for Fall Bible Studies, Secret Sisters, and Table Talk and a chance to learn about our Friday Night Social Activities, the Foster/Adopt Ministry, Single Mom's Ministry, social groups and more! If you haven't participated in women's events yet and are looking to get more information or get involved, this is the perfect opportunity!

Connect Groups | Sign up beginning Aug 25

Your best opportunity to “Connect” is fast approaching! At ACC, we encourage every adult to be involved in a Connect Group. Connect Groups generally meet once a week, either on Sunday mornings in an “Adult Bible Fellowship,” or during the week in a “Life Group.” No matter your life stage or circumstances, ACC has a Connect Group where you can grow in your relationship with Christ.

Connect Group registration is Sunday Aug 25th-Sep 8th. More than 50 groups will be available to men, women, young adults, couples, singles, young families and empty nesters. New groups will be forming and existing groups will be inviting others to join. Look for the Fall Semester 2019 Connect Groups brochure available Aug. 25th!

Every month we encourage our congregation to place donations of the item of the month in our food hutch near the Connection Center. Donations benefit Mercy’s Gate and Crossfire Ministries. Through the month of August, when you’re at the grocery store, please pick up some extra crackers—specifically saltines or Ritz crackers—and support our neighbors in need through these ministries.
