GM 16, 20 & 35/6 – Automatic CAM lathes Six spindle automatic lathe, highly precise, highly productive, Short idle time, mono block construction for best accuracy and speed. Perfect for very high numbers of parts, auto-motive, pneumatic, hydraulic fittings, nozzles, grease nipples.• GM16/6, the smallest in the range of multi spindle machines, a very pro-
ductive machine with very short idle time with high accuracy. Capacity Ø16 x 80mm long.
• GM20/6, is the next size up, can also except square and hexagon bar, bil-lets also. Capacity Ø20 x 125mm long
• GM35/6 & 42/6, the largest in the range of machines, Capacity Ø35 x 140mm long
Always consider how the part will be loaded and unloaded as this will effect the capacity of the machine greatly, designed for turn key solutions, do not try to work out a solution on your own, request support from the factory sales team.

GMC20-42 – The GMC product range is the most productive machines we have in the portfolio. These machine target serial parts of over 1 million per month, with 6 spindles and up to 56 axis, perfect for Hydraulic fittings, elec-trical parts, automotive and pneumatic parts, anything that could demand a cycle time of seconds.• GM20, the smallest in the range GMC, it comes with 1 CPU, 21 (31op-

SPRINT 20/8 &42/8 Linear - the short and long version of the Sprint linear are automatic CNC lathes with the perfect combination of speed and flexibility and the added feature of being able to machine longer parts with a sliding headstock. Perfect for the hydraulics, automotive, electronics and medical industries parts up to 42 mm bar.• SPRINT 20/8 Linear , is the smallest machine in the DMG Mori product
ranges, with a bar capacity of 20mm (optional 25mm) and a main and op-posing spindle with 10,000 rpm with 8 axis to support a vast array of tool-ing is a very capable unit. Comes with two slide carriages and two spindles as standard, capacity of up to 240mm long. Capacity Ø25 x 240mm high.
• SPRINT 42/8 Linear , is the next machine in the range with Swiss type cap-abilities and with the longer capacity of Ø42 x 320mm high.
• SPRINT 42/10 Linear, this machine has an added turret to the rear to fur-ther increase the flexibility. Capacity Ø42 x 320mm high.

SPRINT 32/42 Linear -The Sprint linear Series is automatic CNC lathes with the perfect combination of speed and flexibility. This line is ideal for the hy-draulics, automotive, electronics and medical industries parts up to 42 mm bar.• SPRINT 32 Linear , This machine is a very fast machining solution for
many more demanding parts, up to 8 axis with a counter and main spindle both running at 8,000 rpm. With the chilling of the spindles and the linear drive axis accuracies that can be achieved are some of the highest in all our turning product range, cutting envelope 32mm bar ca-pacity by 120mm long. • SPRINT 42 Linear , has the same functionality as the 32 machine except with a larger envelope 42mm bar capacity by 120mm long. Capacity Ø42 x 120mm high
It is always important with these machines is to check with your factory rep-resentative on the best configuration. When you look at the Sprint 32/42 machines you would be looking at parts to machine in under 60 seconds.Example of a typical part: SPRINT 32 Linear

CL 1500,2000,253 – This range of machines is ideally suited to parts with medium to large quantities with the addition of automation solutions, gantry loaders and feeders.You should also look at this machine when the customer needs to machine billetedparts, such as castings and forgings found in the automotive sector.Comes in three models:-• CL1500, Very compact 2 axis lathe perfect for the simple parts where
large quantities are required. Comes in two other versions T (tailstock) and M (Milling) if you need to machine longer shafts and milling/drilling work., Capacity Ø420 x 370 mm long.

MSL 42/60 -The MSL Series offers maximum performance with minimal in-vestment, compact, with two designs and is the perfect replacement for CAM controlled lathes. 3 NC-cross slides and a tool revolver including a pick-up device. Designed for the production of work pieces made from brass, aluminum, and automatic steel – Hydraulic fittings, connectors, fluid handling, pneumatic parts and the automotive industry.• MSL 42/6 & 7, comes with up to 7 CNC axis with 3 cross slides, optional
revolvers and fixed tools are all easily changed, with rear machining also possible in 7 axis version, this machine is a perfect solution for high volume machining. Siemens or Fanuc control, C version is a chucking, ca-pacity Ø60 x 80mm (chuck version only)
• MSL 60/6, has a bigger bore capacity of 60mm x 80mm, it only comes in 2 versions 6 axis and 7. Capacity Ø60 x 80mm high or 85 with chuck version

CTX 310 & 510 ecoline -The CTX Eco Series is our top seller in the DMG Mori range of universal turning machines. • CTX310 ecoline, the best seller in the product ranges we have, can be
found in many shops. With its 12 station turret (6 live in 310), Maximum turning diameter of 200mm and 450mm longitudinal this machine is perfect for most small shops and up to the larger companies. The Spin-dle has a maximum speed of 5000, can handle most every task be it ti-tanium to plastic. Capacity Ø200 x450mm long
• CTX510, of cause is a much bigger and more powerful machine, with 12 tools in the turret all live. Maximum turning diameter of 465mm and 1050mm longitudinal this machine is the next step up and with the much bigger bore of up to 90mm can handle far larger parts with ease, also with the added function of the Y Axis. Capacity Ø465 x 1050mm long
• Controllers available are all conversational in style with Siemens 840D with Shop turn and Heidenhain CNC Pilot 620 and MAPPSIV.
