Mr Wade Pilkington joined this project when the offshore HSE documentation was non existent and the first part of the first phase was nearing completion. With very little resources and a very short time frame he pulled together the required offshore HSE documents and had them approved by our client. A very professionally performed exercise that required a lot of dedication and effort on his part.

He then travelled to Nigeria and set up, coordinated the required offshore pre-start work safety courses etc. and put into place the required procedures to the satisfaction of our client.

I will personally miss Wade, his professionalism and dedication in carrying out his duties for the safety of the offshore work in Nigeria.

I have no reservations in recommending him to any future employer and I would like to thank him for his professionalism and dedication that only true HSE professionals like Wade can give to a project. I would like to wish him good luck on his future projects.
