Dear Parents/Guardians,

We welcome you to attend our annual Mini Fete. This year, the SMA students have chosen to raise much

needed money for Caritas Australia, all the donated money is going to help disabled children attend school in

Vietnam!

When: 10th of November at 11.30am.

Who: hosted by SMA students.

What: There are food, drinks and games.

MMA UPCOMING EXCURSION – This Friday, November 3rd Dear Parents/Guardians,

The students in MMA have been working in partnership with Melbourne Water and Friends of Kororoit Creek

to rejuvenate the local environmental area. We will be visiting our local area to check on the plants we planted

and our frog mural display that we created.

MSC, MLC & MKH will walk to Kororoit Creek at 9:15am and return to school at 11:00am

MMD, MPT & MJG will walk to Kororoit Creek at 11:30am and return to school at 1:00pm

The students in MMA are required to wear sport uniform on this day.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2018

The following dates are very important for ALL students who will be attending secondary school in 2020 – our

current Year 4 students. If applications for Catholic Secondary School are not in by Friday 3rd August, 2018

your child will not be enrolled in your school of choice.

3rd August 2018: Applications close for 2020 Year 7 students in Catholic Secondary Colleges – our

current Year 4 Students

19th October 2018: Offers posted to prospective 2020 Year 7 applicants

2nd November 2018: Final date for families to accept by offers made by the Secondary School

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM

We are seeking enrolments for the before school care program which includes breakfast. For fees and costs

SWIMMING PROGRAM FOR PREPS, JUNIORS AND MIDDLES

The Prep, JMA and MMA students will attend an 8-day intensive swim program. It will commence on

Monday, December 4th, and conclude on Friday, December 15th. Each lesson is 45 minutes and run by trained

Swimming School Staff. Please note that there will be no swimming lessons on December 7th (Rehearsal for

Carols) and on December 8th (School Planning Day).
