PRESENTATION EVENTS The Primary Presentation and Infants Presentations were once again magnificent with recognition of our students and their involvement in entertaining an audience. Congratulations to our new school captains for 2014: School Captains: Isabelle Gaul and Ethan Campbell Vice Captains: Megan Kemp and Rueben Rosario
FAREWELL TO STAFF We will farewell two Berinba teachers at the end of the year. Firstly we will wish Ms Caitlyn Hogan all the best in her move to WA. Caitlyn has been an outstanding team member at Berinba and we will miss her. The second farewell is to Mrs Susan Anderson. Sue has decided to retire at the end of this year. Sue commenced teaching in 1981 at Binalong PS on a 3-4 class. She moved to Berinba in 1984 and has taught K-3 classes, with quite a number of years on her favourite grade, that of course being Kindergarten. We will miss Sue’s quiet outstanding organisation skills as an Assistant Principal and her caring and sensitive manner of dealing with students.
SCHOOLS SPECTACULAR A huge thank you to Mrs Louise Armour, Mrs Sharmon Dawes, Mrs Angela Parker and Mr Selwyn Rampton who went to the School Spec with the following students: Tui Bush, Max Hansson, Isabel Livingston, Jessica Langtry, Georgia Buckmaster, Esther Coates, Isabelle Gaul, Keeley Grear, Megan Kemp Archie Campbell, Renee Kemp, Talissa Polsen, Georgia Worthy, Ethan Campbell, Jennifer Bumbar and Thomas Rampton These students sang beautifully and were so very well behaved. They made us all very proud at the Schools Spec last month. We also would like to thank the bus drivers: Mr Dave Pointon and Mr Brad Parker who came to our rescue with very short notice.
Ray Claydon (Principal)
Infants Presentation
.
THANKYOU We would like to take this opportunity
to thank all of those individuals who
have supported our school throughout
the year. Without parent and
community assistance we would not
be able to offer many of the programs
that enrich our students lives.
We are very grateful for everything
that is done to support our school.
Berinba Playgoup The last playgroup for 2013 will be Tuesday 17 December. There will be Christmas craft activities and a visit from Santa! Playgroup will resume next year on Tuesday 4 February 2014.
