NOTES ON LAYING OUT THE FLOOR PLAN FOR YOUR RECEPTION TENT - ROUND TABLES - 40x80 foot tent

1. When using round tables, plan on seating 8 people per table (the table can accommodate up to 10 but that gets a bit tight - use only when needed)

2. Design using a 10’x10’ space for each table of 8 3. The easiest way to grid out your floor plan is in 10’x10’ grid 4. The tent itself is laid out in 10’ sections - the exterior poles to the tent are 10’ apart and

that makes it easy to place the tables precisely to the layout during set-up 5. There are three center poles so take that into consideration when designing your floor

plan - they are 20’ apart and 20’ in from the front and back and run down the center of the tent
