If any work is not specified in this document, that work shall be carried out as per CPWD General Specifications for Electrical works, CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works Part -I, II & IV, as amended upto date relevant IE rules, and as per directions of Engineer - in - Charge. For electrical panels, CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works Part -IV shall be applicable, for DG Set, Part VII (DG SET works) 2006 as amended up to date along with the changes upto date. 3. FRLS wiring shall be used everywhere inside/outside all panels/equipment/building 4. Copper material(strip, plate, etc.) shall have conductivity greater than 95% in all applications 5. Each Earth conductor(for earthing/surge arrester/lightening arrester) shall not left bare it will be through ISI mark GI pipes to avoid corrosion & mechanical injuries 6. All meters of whatever type shall be of digital type unless & otherwise specified. 7. The distribution system shall have automatic phase reversal switch so that in case of phase is reversed from transmitting substation of UPCL, it can adjust accordingly. 8. All Panels shall be of 14 SWG CRCA sheet with 7 tank treatment process. 9. Quotation for Turnkey project from a single company/vender will be preferred. Although whole SCADA system with display unit, lightening arrester, surge arrester, Fire Detection & Alarm, First Aid Box, Rubber Mat & Hand gloves, Instruction Chart can be quoted by independent company/venders. 10. Price for all items/parts/subparts/component shall be quoted separately. No lump sum price will be allowed. 11. ARIES has the right to add or delete any item or its part/subpart specified in tender/BOQ at any stage without prior information to successful vender.

The PLC panel shall have all digital outputs through interposing relays. All the field signals should connect on suitable terminals. No field signal should have direct connections on PLC system.

The SCADA system shall have facility to show all DG parameters, DG Master selection, Electrical SLD system, Various parameters Trends(graphs), DG running hours (Shiftwise, Daily, monthly and yearly), all electrical parameters etc.

The PLC system shall have flexibility of programming as per site requirement.

The system shall have 2KVA Online UPS power for PLC panel and one no. PC suitable for SCADA system with latest specifications.
