  • A Lifeguard will Prevent Accidents!He will protect individuals from their own weaknesses and inability's.

  • A Lifeguard will Conduct himself so as to bring credit to his organization!

    He will never abuse any invested authority and will reflect the dignity associated with saving lives.

  • A Lifeguard will be a good Subordinate Employee!He will work as a member of a team and welcome supervision.

  • A Lifeguards appearance will be a credit to himself and representatives of his organization!

    He will keep his quarters, gear, and personal skills in excellent condition.

  • A Lifeguard is Trustworthy!He is prompt in reporting to his station; he maintains constant surveillance; and he never leaves his station until he is properly relieved.

  • A Lifeguard is always Ready!A condition of readiness will be in evidence by constant physical training, practice of skills, and proper use of equipment.

  • A Lifeguard will feel the Responsibility of his Mission!

    He is fully aware of his responsibilities to prevent accidents, safeguard the members, perform rescues, and preserve human life.

  • A Lifeguard will be Progressive!He will constantly seek new and better ways to improve his skills, equipment, and profession.

  • TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE!
