In reference to E-tender Ref. No. F3(l1 )20 12/CC the Competant Authority has approvedthe award of work of Supply and Installation etc. of Biometric Electronic Time and AttendanceRecording Systems to M/s Zenith Controls and Systems Pvt. Ltd. at a cost of Rs. 98,84,664/-(Ninety Eight Lacs Eighty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Four only) as per termsand conditions of the RFP document of the above work.

You are requested to submit the required documents such as agreement, indemnity bondetc. on the prescribed format immediately.

The scope of work of will be as under:

• Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training, maintenanace (onsite,comprehensive) etc. of Electronic Time and Attendance Recording System basedon Client Server architecture at Vikas Sadan, Vikas Minar and other offices ofDDA.

• Adequate number of biometric reader equipments - finger print (around 125 nos.)shall be installed along with battery backup, data connectivity, necessaryhardware & software etc. as per the schedule of quantities (Annexure VI) ofRFP,specifications (Annexure VII) of RFP and application for integration with DDA-in-house-payroll-application softwares including the facility of generation ofvarious reports as given in Annexure-IX of RFP.

• SCQpe includes wired/wireless connectivity required to connect attendancemachines with server for data.

• If GPRS is required for connecting remote locations this will also be a part ofscope. .

• Biometric enrollment, collection and entry of employee in database.

It is specially requested that work must be completed within a period of six months fromthe date of award of work.

All the terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP are part and parcel of this award.

This issues with the approval of competent authority.
