Prices are net and quoted in euros. We ask the payment in advance based on the attached pro formainvoice. Final invoices will be issued by Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. after delivering the licenses.Unless specified otherwise by the customer, licenses will be invoiced to the address listed on thecustomer's order. Customers shall be responsible for any additional costs related to the amendment ofthe invoice or the issuance of additional license(s) by Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. as a result of anincorrect delivery address and/or invoice address. Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. cannot recognizepurchase terms and conditions unilaterally defined by the customer without prior agreement (e.g.unilaterally modified payment deadline or purchase price without prior agreement between the parties).In the absence of prior written agreement on the modification of the above terms and conditions,Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. will issue the invoice as specified in this Offer.

Delivery dates

Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. will regard all orders received by email or fax or as part of thecontract, or by mail as valid. By sending such orders, a contractual delivery agreement is createdbetween the customer and Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. governed, unless agreed otherwise, bythis Offer. Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. shall deliver the licenses within 15 working days of thereceipt of the payment. At the customer's request, detailed information will be provided on the status ofthe order. Delivery is fulfilled by the provision of the software license and/or the necessary codes,activation key or pass code by email. By sending the code by email, the delivery is deemed fulfilled. Inthe case of vis major when the provision of the license becomes impossible due to externalcircumstances, Gamax Laboratory Solutions Ltd. retains the right to deliver after the delivery deadlineor to refrain from delivery. Delivery can only be effected when the following details are provided: Thename and email address of the user of the Software. The company name, address and phone numberof the user. In case of COMSOL Multiphysics product or its module orders, the MAC address of theuser's computer shall also be attached to the order.

Software maintenance

Software licenses listed in this offer include a 12-month maintenance period. The SoftwareMaintenance Period starts on the first calendar day of the month following the date of the order. TheSoftware Maintenance Service provides the following benefits to the software user:

- Use of the latest available version of the software- Free technical support- Access to central knowledge bases- Community news, announcements on new products, industry news- Future license expansion with new toolboxes or new users

Prior to the expiry of the software maintenance period, our representative will contact the user of thesoftware with regards to the extension of the software maintenance period.
