The speed of the drill can be adjusted by moving the belt on the pulley to a larger or smaller diameter.

The greater the torque, the more the belt tightens itself in the pulley,the less drag.

Moving the belt up will make the drill rotate faster.Moving the belt down will make the drill rotate slower.
