Process Description:

Pressure Sand Filter (PSF):

Raw water from raw water storage tank (By Client) is pumped by raw water feed pump

to Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) where all the suspended solids are removed with the help

of sand bed. The filter is backwash when differential pressure goes above 0.5 kg/cm2

or it stops giving desired output.

Activated Carbon Filter (ACF):

Filtered water from PSF is feed to ACF to remove chlorine, remaining organics and

colour, smell with the help of carbon media. The filter is backwash when differential

pressure goes above 0.5 kg/cm2 or it stops giving desired output.

Antiscalant Dosing System:

The anti-scalant chemical is added online to protect the membrane from

scaling/fouling.

RO System:

Then the water passes through the Micron cartridge filter (MCF) of 5 micron rating and

is given at the suction of high pressure pump (HPP).

The water pressure is boosted up so as to filter the ions and from one side you get

pure water (Permeate) and from other side you get impure (Reject) water.

The permeate water is passed through UV device for final disinfection and it is stored

into the product water storage tank (By client). The reject water is continuously

drained out.

Schedule of Exclusions:

· Raw water Tank & Treated Water Tank.

· Approach to site & storage for equipments during erection work.

· All piping and pumping before & beyond the Reverse Osmosis Plant.

· Continuous power supply with grounding (earth connection) to EUREKA Forbes’s

System panel.

· Power / Lighting / Water at the site of work on 24 hrs basis during plant

installation of plant.

· Lighting & ventilation in Plant area.

· Backwash water/ Rinsing Water disposal pipeline beyond Plant area and its

disposal.

· Laboratory or Equipment room.

· NOC from pollution control board at all levels and all other Statutory Clearance

and sanctions required for the implementation of the project.

· All civil & structural works (RCC Works) including waterproofing, plaster,

snowcap, Structure duly tested for leak proofing, Equipment room flooring etc.

· Lubricants, oils, grease including the first charge should be supplied by client.

· Final Painting.

· Cable Trays, Conduits, tray support etc.

· Equipment foundations, Drain Trenches, plant room any other civil work

· Any other services/supply not clearly mentioned in our scope of supply.

· All the erection/ piping/ structural/ electrical works to be carried out at site.

· Unloading/ shifting/ storage of supplied material.

· Supervision of Installation & commissioning.

VALIDITY:

Our offer is valid for a period of 30 Days from the date of this Quotation.

WARRANTY: One year

Our products are free from defects in material and workmanship upon leaving our

factory. The warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement and in no event shall

the liability exceed the repairs of the said parts or replacement for the period there of.

The Warranty does not cover the damage caused by:

1. Improper Electrical supply

2. Non qualified personnel loading or unloading, moving or installing the

equipment

3. Fire, Explosion Flood or similar perils


4. Unauthorized modifications or alterations of the equipment

5. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

NON-CONSUMABLE PARTS:

From the date of installation of machine for a period not to exceed 12 months or 13

months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

CONSUMABLE PARTS:

No warranty is, however, offered for the consumable parts.

STATUTORY VARIATION:

Any change in Govt., duties levies, taxes or policies having direct effect on our above

quoted prices will be at customers account for which documentary evidence will be

submitted on request.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:

Our offer is subject to the acceptance of Force Majeure Clause such as Strike, Lockout,

Non availability of raw materials, or Acts of God such as Fire, Flood, Drought,

Earthquake, etc.
