All stands must be self-supporting with partition walls to be supplied by the exhibitor. Italian Exhibition Group SpA therefore does not supply perimeter walls.

STANDS AND STAND PLAN (Chap. II Art. 4 of General Rules and Regulations)
Every company participating in RiminiWellness shall occupy the surface allocated with a stand whose technical and aesthetic characteristics are consistent with the event’s overall image, and which shall include carpeted flooring for the booth. Outfitting must not exceed the assigned area, indicated by paint or chalk lines. The stand shall also show the name of the participating company. Italian Exhibition Group SpA will check in advance that these characteristics have unquestionably been complied with and if found lacking the exhibitor will be obliged to purchase a pre-assembled stand arranged by Italian Exhibition Group SpA itself. In the event that the Exhibitor is in default of any of the above, Italian Exhibition Group SpA reserves the right to refuse participation in the event and claim, by way of damages, payment for the full amount for the exhibition area.

S BOOKING PROCEDURE
A) Fill and send by post in original the “Application Form”. IMPORTANT: forward by email [email protected] (for further details see Chap. I Art. 5 of General Rules and Regulations)
B) Enclose the receipt of payment of the deposit - compulsory (for bank account see Chap. I art. 9 of General Rules and Regulations or application form in the box “DEPOSIT”)
N.B.: Original stamped and signed application form is needed by post, too
AREA ALLOCATION 2 OCTOBER 2017 starting exhibiting areas allocation. The “exhibiting proposal” is considered to be confirmed by the exhibitor at the payment of deposit as indicated in the Application Form.
DEPOSIT REMBOURSEMENT
28 FEBBRUARY 2018 Deadline of the clause regarding reimbursement of the down payments as stand confirmation. (Chap. I Art 7 of Gen. Rules and Regulations)
BALANCE DEADLINE 13 APRIL 2018 Deadline for total balance payment (Chap. I Art 9 of General Rules and Regulations).
STAND PLANNING 30 MARCH 2018 Cut-off date for the presentation of stand fitting & layout design to send via e-mail to Technical Department.
