No. 3432-DGEN-4-14- 0004 Rev. 4 Cl. 10.1 refers instrument signal cables shall be as per QP Standard ES.4.14.0007 Rev. A and as per Cl. 11.2.7 of ES.4.14.0007 Rev. A, all cables under fire conditions shall be LSZH type with halogen acid gas < 0.5%. Hence MESC offer fire resistant cables with LSZH inner and outer sheath with halogen acid content ≤ 0.5%. 2 Specification Doc. No. 3432-DGEN-4-14- 0004 Rev. 4 Cl. 10.3 refers insulation of MGT under EPR insulation for fire resistant cables. As per Appendix A of Specification Doc. No. 3432-DGEN-4-14-0004 Rev. 4, insulation required is XLPE. To confirm circuit integrity to IEC 60331, MESC offer with Mica tape + XLPE insulation. 3 Specification Doc. No. 3432-DGEN-4-14- 0004 Rev. 4 Cl. 10.7 refers Red outer sheath for F&G cables but Appendix A refers Black outer sheath. MESC offer fire resistant cables with Red outer sheath. BLACK CAT to confirm the requirement, MESC can offer any outer sheath color required. 4 QP Specification ES.4.14.007 Rev. A Cl. 11.0 refers BS 5308, 300/300V rating & BOQ item nos. 1~17 refer 300/500V rating for instrument cables. 300/500V rating is covered in BS 5308 standard which is obsolete and replaced/superseded by BS EN 50288-7. None of the international laboratory provide type test certificate with BS 5308 standards. Hence MESC offer as per BS EN 50288-7. All electrical, dimensional and technical parameters are as per BS EN 50288-7. 5 Core color identification. MESC provide core color identification as per Appendix A of Spec. Doc.
