    1. Accessing the web page:

    The Tech’Care Internet Resource may be accessed at www.geserco-sarl.com by registered users only.

    Enter your [user name] and [password], in the designated boxes then click the [connect] button. If you have forgotten your password, click the [forgot password] button complete the details and you will receive an e-mail containing your new password. If you are not yet registered, click the [create account] button to access the Create Account page.

    2. Creating a new account:

    Fill in all boxes provided then press the [Complete sign up] button to request a login name and a password.

    Boxes marked with the [*] sign must be filled in. A login name and a password will be e-mailed by GESERCO within 24 hours of request. Please note that login names and passwords will only be sent to Lubmarine Tech’Care kits owners or Lubmarine personnel.

    3. General Layout:

    The Tech’Care internet resource has five sections:

    a) [Home]

    b) [News] header to access the News section.

    c) [Replenishments] header to access the Replenishments section and the online ordering facility.

    d) [Technical Support] header to access the Tech’Care Technical Support section.

    e) [Account] header to access the User Account section and edit user details, reset your

    password and access to your quotation/order history.

    4. News: In this section GESERCO will post from time to time information which is useful to Tech’Care users. Only the news headers are displayed at first instance.

    In order to view the full text of a specific piece of news, click the [Find out more] button, and the full news will show.

    In order to hide the full news and return to the list of news headers, click the [Return to news] button.

    5. Technical Support:

    Links to useful Tech’Care documents are provided in this section.

    Click on the links provided in order to download or view the listed document.

    Note: The Tech’Care instructional videos which are provided are hosted on the YouTube platform. Authorized access to YouTube is required to view the videos.

    6. Account Management:

    Use this section to:

    - Manage your personal details - Create/Modify/Delete billing addresses

    - Create/Modify/Delete delivery addresses - Reset your password - View & save order history,

    turn quotations into firm orders repeat orders

    a. Client details

    You may modify any detail pertaining to your personal account in this section. Please keep this section accurate so that GESERCO can contact you easily when required.

    Information provided in this section is not used for invoicing purpose nor for delivery purpose. All boxes marked with [*] must be filled in. Click the [Save changes] button when you are finished.

    b. Billing addresses

    Billing addresses are used to define the invoicing address in the online procurement facility.

    You may store a large number of billing addresses.

    Click on [Add billing address] to add a new invoicing address.

    Click on [Modify address] to modify the invoicing address.

    Click on [Delete address] to delete the invoicing address.

    Creating or Modifying a Billing Address

    Enter any detail pertaining to the paying party.

    Please fill in the [VAT number] box when the paying party is based in the European Union.

    Information provided in this section is not used for delivery purpose.

    All boxes marked with [*] must be filled in.

    Click the [Save changes] button when you are finished.

    c. Delivery addresses

    Delivery addresses are used to define the delivery address in the online procurement facility.

    You may store a large number of delivery addresses.

    Click on [Add delivery address] to add a new delivery address.

    Click on [Modify address] to modify the delivery address.

    Click on [Delete address] to delete the delivery address.

    Creating or Modifying a Delivery Address

    Enter any detail pertaining to the point of delivery.

    Information provided in this section is not used for invoicing purpose.

    All boxes marked with [*] must be filled in.

    Click the [Save changes] button when you are finished.

    d. Resetting User password:

    When you want to change your password:

    Enter a new password in the [New password] box.

    Confirm your new password by entering it in the [New password confirmation] box.

    Click the [Reset password] button to confirm.

    The new password must be from 8 to 20 characters in length and must contain at least one letter, one number and one capital letter.

    e. Order History

    The system keeps track of any RFQs and POs that you have placed and you may view your history in this section.

    Here you may view, print/save as PDF or replace orders.

    - View allows you to see previously placed quotation requests or purchase orders

    - Create PDF allows you to save any previous quotations or purchase orders as a PDF file

    - Replace Order allows you to either turn a quotation into a firm purchase order or repeat a previously placed purchase order

    f. Turning a quotation into a firm order

    After you have clicked on the Replace order link, the basket opens, loaded as per the RFQ.

    To turn the quotation into a firm order, complete required details then click on the [Order

    confirmed] button provided.

    The order will immediately be processed by GESERCO.

    You will receive within 24 working hours of shipment all shipping details, including expected delivery date and shipping documents.

    Packing and freight charges will be added to the final invoice sent to the paying party.

    7. Replenishments / On-line ordering facility :

    The Tech’Care Internet Resource includes a catalogue of all Tech’Care replenishment reagents, solutions, accessories and spare parts which can be ordered on line.

    You may search for a product from its ‘Part number or name’ (if known).

    If you are not sure of the name or part number of a product, you may browse the product catalogue which is organized by test type. You may then browse the full catalogue by clicking on the test type headers on the left side of the screen.

    The Products that belong to the specific test type which is highlighted with the red triangle [] are listed on the right side of the screen.

    When you want to order a product, click on the [Add to shopping cart] button corresponding to the product you want to order.

    The system will confirm the addition of the product to the cart and you can then continue shopping or go to the cart to complete your order.

    8. Shopping cart

    After you have clicked on the [Go to my shopping cart] button, the contents of your shopping

    cart will show.

    You may also access the content of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the [Your shopping cart] header.

    To change the quantity of a specific product to be ordered, use the drop-box to change the quantity. The system will automatically calculate the total price. The system handles both USD and EUR prices. To swop from one currency to the other, click the [Select a currency] drop box and choose. All prices and costs will be converted to the new currency.

    To remove a product, click the bin icon. To return to the on line catalogue and browse for new products to be added to your shopping cart, click the [Return to the Boutique] button.

    When you are happy with the content of your cart, choose both the delivery address and the

    billing address which are applicable to the order.

    To change either of the addresses provided, select an address using the drop box.

    To modify the address, click [Modify]

    To enter a new address, click the [+] button.

    Enter compulsory order details including

    - Consignee’s full name

    - Consignee Telephone number

    - Consignee email address

    - Vessel name

    - Ship ETA

    - Ship ETD

    You may add optional details such as:

    - Your own PO number - Any comment you want to bring to GESERCO’s attention.

    Please note that the system will not process any order that misses invoicing address

    and/or delivery address

    and/or compulsory order details.

    Select the type of order you want to place: Click [Get quote] if you want to receive a formal quotation prior to ordering. Click [Order confirmed] if you want to directly place a firm order

    Important Note: If you click [Get quote], GESERCO will revert to you with a comprehensive quotation includ-ing packing and freight charges. The order will not be processed before you confirm it. If you click [Order confirmed], the order will immediately be processed by GESERCO and packing and freight charges will be added to the invoice.

    Final check and validation:

    To attach a document to your order, use the drop box provided.

    Check that all details of your order are correct.

    Then finally click [Validate]

    If your order is a Quotation Request, you will receive within 24 working hours a detailed quo-tation including all products you have selected, packing, freight and additional charges. The order will not be processed before you confirm it.

    If your order is a Confirmed Order, the order will immediately be processed by GESERCO. You will receive within 24 working hours of shipment all shipping details, including expected delivery date and shipping documents. Packing and freight charges will be added to the final invoice sent to the paying party.
