Solid colors and woodgrain. In both cases, a new color match is possible. Light Fastness: All our pro-ducts are printed with inks with woolscale of 6-8.

The standard thicknesses of PVC are 0.4mm, 1mm and 2mm. It is, however possible to produce any thickness from 0.3mm to 3mm, if demanded

For 0.4mm , the box dimensions are L50cm * W50cm * H25cm. For 1mm , the box dimensions are L50cm * W50cm * H21cm. For 2mm , the box dimensions are L62cm * W62cm * H25cm.

Tece PVC edgebanding is resistant to all standard household chemicals and detergents. It is also re-sistant to cleaning agents that are used in furniture productions. It is produced to have resistance to heat.

Up to 1mm, the width of the roll could be from 19mm to 420mm. Above 1mm, the width can be 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 28mm, 33mm, 38mm, 39mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 43mm, 44mm, 47mm, 48mm, 49mm, 50mm, 52mm, 53mm, 54mm, 55mm, 57mm, 58mm, 59mm, 60mm, and above. Edgebanding is perceived as being the most

important accessory in furniture making. Edges

are the most vulnerable parts of the furniture

that are prone to external damages.

Melamine is a special paper that is first

impregnated and then covered with lacquer.

Impregnation is a process in which the paper is

absorbed with resin and covered with lacquer

surface. After these processes, the paper gains

strength and resistance. In short, melamine is a

special surface covering material that has high

resistance to impacts, scratches, and abrasion.

It is also flexible and suitable for turning corners.

Quality of impregnation determines the quality

of the final product. Given this reason, Tece

places special emphasis on the quality of the

impregnation and uses the right and best quality

eco-friendly chemicals during the impregnation

process.

We could use paper with grammage of 150gsm or 170gsm. The thickness is 0.28mm and 0.30mm respectively.

For pre-glued products, the box dimensions are L28cm * W28cm * H44cm. For standard products, the box di-men-sions are L50cm * W50cm * H25cm.

Tece melamine edgebanding is resistant to all stan-dard household chemicals and detergents. It is also resistant to cleaning agents that are used in furni-ture productions. All products are tested with an pressured iron to assure to have heat resistance of 150-170 c° for 20 seconds.

The width of the roll could be from 19mm to 650mm. The standard length of the roll is 500mt. For pre-glued prod-ucts, the standard length is 50mt and the width could change based on the demand.

Veneer is undoubtedly the most natural way

of making furniture. While selecting veneer

sheets, it is crucial to choose the premium

grade veneers for production. Production of

veneer edgebanding requires special attention,

the reason being that a beautiful wood edge

treatment has the capability to improve the

quality of the furniture.

At Tece, we use EVA based hot melt for all pre-

glued edgebanding. Approximately 400 gr of

hot melt is applied to the backside of the sheets.

This is to ensure consistent retention of all the

physical properties of edgebanding at different

weather conditions in future, regardless of how

the edgebanding is used.
