About us

We are 4 boys from Guilsborough school taking Media Studies at A2. The group consists of Barnie Houston, George Wyse, Tom Cooke-Neill and Alex Fletcher.

We are aged between 17-18 and are making a music video to the song Living for the Weekend by Hard-Fi

Barnaby

Barnaby is 18 years old. One of his key characteristics is he is very artistic and plays a huge role towards the creative side of the group, such as creating the Storyboard draft and looking where we will film the different scenes during our video. Barnie will also play the lead singer in our video as he is confident in front of camera and looks the most like he would be in an alternative rock band.

Alex

Alex is 17 years old. He plays a large role when it come to editing as he has his own Mac which means he is familiar with the Software such as Imovie. This also means we don’t have to use the shared computers provided meaning our access is unlimited and unscheduled. Finally Ali provides the hardware for filming such as the Camera, this also means we can use it when ever we want.

Tom

Tom also has a Mac so is also familiar with editing software. Therefore he plays a role in the editing process of our production however he also plays a large role when it comes to filming as he is good with cameras and he knows when it is suitable to use what type of shot. This allows our videos to be the best they can be.

George

George plays a key role in the group. He plays a large role in the acting side of our group as he has plenty of experience in that field. He is also very good at establishing what camera shot would be suitable for each scene and familiar with sound editing to create the illusion of verisimilitude. George also helps Tom with the filming.

Together with the skills within the group I believe we have a wide range of skills to create a professional

looking music video. All members will star in the video apart from Alex who will be filming the majority of the time
