1 Objective

To successfully handover the roles and responsibilities of Madhavan Krishnamoorthy to Mr. Shivanand

The following activities were carried out as part of the handover and KT:

1. Unit Testing and Integration Testing documents were gone through by Mr.Shivanand; this was followed up with testing of the same in Tasnee SAP server for better understanding.

2. Delta training document was read through with reference to SAP transactions.3. All BPP documents were glanced through to ensure that all transactions were

covered.4. All the user id and passwords for SAP access to Tasnee servers were handed over.

3 Documents handed over

The soft copies of the following documents have been handed over to him with explanation to them all (these are the deliverables expected from the functional consultant for Tasnee project from the on-site Project Manager):

1. Completed Unit Testing documents for PP module2. Completed Integration Testing documents for PP module3. Delta Training document for PP module4. BPP (Business Process Procedure) documents for all transactions for PP module.

5 Conclusion

As of date, all the necessary deliverables for Tasnee project have been submitted to the Project Manager and he has approved all of them and there is no pending from PP side as of now.

This KT and handing over procedure ensures that the succeeding person can carry on with roles and responsibilities of PP module comfortably.
