Plumbing

High flow, triple fastened manifold plumbing.

IQue Hot Tub is hydraulic balanced to deliver maximum water flow at the jets, at the same time delivering a smooth and quiet experience.

Plumbing joints are glued onto barbed fittings and further secured with stainless steel clamps.

Lean Manufacturing

Water And Functional Test

Water and functional test are one of the most important stations.

In this station we add electronic components and audio systems

if ordered.

We start the test with filling the Hot Tub and leave them overfilled for

a overnight leakage test. Each IQue Hot Tub will stay in this static

test for at least 12 hours.

Next step is the flow pressure test, here we have closed all jets in

each zone. Then we start all pumps and check for leaks thoroughly.

Then it follows with a number of electronic tests, including the hot

pot test. After that, the operator will complete the checklist and

sign. Now the IQue Hot Tub will travel to the final cleaning station

and finish with shining touch.

Final Quality Check

Detailing and drainage of water is the final step before packing. We start to drain the Hot Tub using advanced vacuum and drainage equipment.

Upon delivery, the IQue Hot Tub arrives fresh and without any freezing possibilities if the final destination is a cold country. Once the Hot Tub is drained, detailing operators will check both the interiors and the outsides.

As a result, the IQue Hot Tub is being completely cleaned and superior shining glossy.

The dual final check is made by the Quality Inspector and Floor Manager. The IQue Hot Tub is now ready for packing and delivery.
