1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MEBA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 11th February 2009 Malaysian company 1965 Act and the company have offices in Unit No. 1-2-8 (Suite 8) Jalan Puteri 1/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Main aim is to focus on the growing trend in providing telecommunication network facilities to the Telco Industry.

MEBA Holdings is principally engaged in the areas of civil, structural construction, design and built specialties including earthworks, foundation, structural steel fabrication, building construction and architectural finishes, focusing in the development of various types of IT and Telecommunication and project management. MEBA Holdings works with various leading technology provider and suppliers in the telecommunication field covering a comprehensive range of product in Asia Pacific Region expending the communications needs both in the public and the private sector. MEBA Holdings works with leaders in the telecommunication field and provided both cost effective and technical advance support to meet its customer’s needs. Our engineers carefully study customer requirements and technical possibilities to provide well defined engineering solution. In achieving this, our engineering team work continually to keep a breast with current technology and prepare for technological advance to come. As a company, MEBA Holdings is technologically dynamic and our core business model has expanded from tower to monopole to lampole to streetlight pole to fiber optic services, cellular telecommunication technology and to becoming one of the biggest backhaul providers in West & East Malaysia.

We undertake full turnkey contract to design and build telecommunication infrastructure. Through its value added business, MEBA Holdings will support the Network Service Provider to leases the antenna space on multi-tenant communications towers to first tier telecommunication companies and service providers such as Maxis Communications, DiGi Telecommunications, Celcom Axiata, U Mobile and WEBE Telekom Malaysia.

MEBA Holdings Sdn Bhd has been awarded NFP license by MCMC to be telecommunication structure owners and operators in Malaysia and to become one of the largest telecommunication access provider and infrastructure through convergence and innovation. MEBA Holdings built, owns, operates and managed the telecommunication infrastructure and fiber optic network. MEBA Holdings Sdn Bhd is licensee with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as a Network Facilities Provider
