A Stay Order shall direct that no action, execu-tion, distress for rent, proceedings on default forbreach of covenant under any mortgage or othersecurity for money, or under an agreement for saleand purchase of laud, or other process- or proceed-ing, shall be commenced or proceeded with or put inforce against the farmer or any of the farmer'sassets, whether utilised in connection with or form-ing portion of the assets comprised in his farmingbusiness or not, during the operation of such StayOrder: Provided that, by leave of a Judge, anyaction may, notwithstanding the Stay Order, beinstituted and/or carried on against the farmer, butnot beyond judgment.

Perth Road BoardScarborough Ward.By-laws relating to Omnibus Stands.

P.W. 51/27.PERTH Road Board, under and by virtue of the powerconferred on it irn that behalf by The Road DistrictsAct, 1919-1934," and all other powers enabling it, clothhereby make and publish the following By-laws:

1. In the construction of these By-laws, unless thecontext otherwise requires, the expression "Omnibus"means a motor vehicle used or intended to be usedas a passenger vehicle to carry passengers at separatefares.

2. The following areas are allocated as stands for"Omnibuses, '' namely:

(i.) On the south side of Scarborough Beach roadcommencing at a point 15 feet west of thewestern alignment of Lilian street and extend-ing westwards for a distance of 90 feet, hav-ing a depth of 10 feet north from the roadkerb alignment, containing an area of 900square feet;

(ii.) On the north side of Scarborough Beach roadcommencing at a point 30 feet east of the east-ern alignment of the Esplanade and extendingeastwards for a distance of 60 feet, having adepth of 10 feet south from the road kerb align-ment and containing an area of GOO square feet;On the north side of Scarborough Beach roadcommencing at a point 20 feet west of ElectricLight Pole No. 538 and extending westwardsfor a distance of 30 feet, having a depth of10 feet south from the road kerb alignment andcontaining an area of 300 square feet;

(iv.) On the north side of Scarborough Beach roadcommencing at a point 80 feet west of ElectricLight Pole No. 538, and extending westwardsfor a distance of 30 feet and containing anarea of 300 square feet.

3. No person in charge of any vehicle other than anomnibus shall cause or permit such vehicle to stand onany portion of the area allocated as stands for omni-buses referred to in the preceding clause.

4. If any person commits a breach of any of theseBy-laws such person shall be liable to a penalty not ex-ceeding Twenty pounds.
