INTRODUCTION

Cloth shop Management System is a user friendly contact and property manager for real cloth shops.

Save time and sell more by empowering to easily keep track of sales profit and loss selling price & cost

price and managing discount price and payment of salesman and other funds require to run the shop

like import tax ,LBT tax,state tax,good tax, salesman payment.

One of the most important steps in running a successful real cloth business is effectively managing profit

level above the expenditure and service leads.

Login - Validate shopkeeper to login and access the system database.

Main Menu - .Display available stocks .

Generating Bills.

Calculating profit.

Identifying product with unique name with different varities, colours.

Keeping the track of customer details name and phone number.

Identifying the purchases through customer name and date.

Cloth Shop Management System Benefits Keeps Record of every customer who buys the product. Keeps a soft copy of each bill in database with a unique customer name and phone number. Has all the items Stored in database by name. Alarms which product has been out of stock. Helps to maintain easily list of sales per month and profit per month and average profit per day

to determine whether business is progressing or having loss.

Current Working System

Current system stores all information about customers and dealers in the form

of registers, bill-book, from which monthly estimation of profit is very time

consuming . all the important contacts of dealers as well customers are directly

stored on personal mobiles or in bill book /registers

Drawbacks of Current System

These are the various jobs that need to be done in a company by the office

staff and Workers. All these works are done on papers.

The work is done as follows:-

•Information about orders from customer is done by just writing the

customer name, address and order. Whenever the order from the same

customer comes up his information is stored freshly.

•Bills are handwritten on billbook by recording price for each order

provided to customer on a separate sheet and at last they all are summed

up.

Proposed System & Advantages of Proposed System

1. Planned approach towards working: -The working in the organization will be

well planned and organized. The data will be stored properly in database, which

will help in retrieval of information as well as its storage.

2. Accuracy: -The level of accuracy in the proposed system will be higher. All

operation would be done correctly and it ensures that whatever information is

coming from the center is accurate.

3. Reliability: - The reliability of the proposed system will be high due to the

above stated reasons. The reason for the increased reliability of the system is that

now there would be proper storage of information.

4. No Redundancy: - In the proposed system utmost care would be that no

information is repeated anywhere, in storage or otherwise. This would assure

economic use of storage space and consistency in the data stored.

5. Immediate retrieval of information:- The main objective of proposed system is

to provide for a quick and efficient retrieval of information. Any type of

information would be available whenever the user requires.

6. Immediate storage of information:- In manual system there are many

problems to store the largest amount of information.

7. Easy to Operate: - The system should be easy to operate and should be such

that it can be developed within a short period of time and fit in the limited budget

of the user.

Drawbacks of Cloth Shop Management System

Requires knowledge to run computer software.

Only Shop owner can make bills.

In absence of shopkeeper the bills cannot be made.

If security essentials is shared with salesman they can misuse it. System crash can lead to loss of data and customer

details,bills ,transactions,no of products in stocks and price of each item .
